**Upon ordering, you can submit your photo of the image to be engraved. Please scan clear images, or photograph your image straight from above with no shadows.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the sensitive and personal natural of custom creations, returns/refunds are not accepted on products that cannot be resold. We are not responsible for damage or issues with products due to improper use, storage, or care of these precious items.
Returns are available within 14 days of receipt on non-custom items, provided that they are in new/unused condition in original packaging.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for issues encountered during shipping/mailing of inclusions or final products.
The buyer is responsible for shipping charges including any taxes/tariffs/duties. It is highly recommended that products be shipped with tracking and insurance.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping within Canada is available for $18 tracked via Canada Post (RECOMMENDED). Non-inclusion items may be mailed via lettermail for $5, at buyer's risk.
